UHN - Patient Partners Learning Exchange Program Brand guides proposal
During my placement at UHN, I had the opportunity to contribute to the branding development phase of the Patient Partners Learning Exchange (PPLE) program. UHN recognized the significance of engaging with the general public to gain insight into the patient experience from diverse perspectives. PPLE was established in response to the pandemic, which led UHN to create a virtual learning platform to increase access to the program and promote inclusive healthcare services for diverse communities in Toronto. As a result, PPLE has become a vital component of UHN's patient-centered approach, empowering patients and caregivers to become active participants in their healthcare journey.
