Sunnybrook Wayfinding Exploration

Overview

Patients arriving for a procedure at the Cardiology Department of Sunnybrook Hospital often express frustration and difficulty in finding their destination. This highlights the challenge of navigating a hospital on the day of a procedure. Inspired by a podcast episode, a project aims to explore the navigational challenges from a first user experience for patients arriving for a same-day cardiac procedure.
