Overview
This course is part of the Design for Health program and marked the beginning of my collaboration with fellow students over the course of three semesters. Although we faced initial challenges due to differences in backgrounds and skill sets, our varied perspectives ultimately allowed us to develop an innovative social prescribing solution beyond our initial expectations.

How might we facilitate self-care in early adolescence (9 - 15 years) youth who are newcomers to Canada?
