AKASHIRO JAPANESE RESTAURANT

What we did / Website

Project Type / Digital Design

Akashiro is a Japanese restaurant created and managed by famous Japanese fast food company Sushi-Q. It was part of food court renewal development project, 'Urban Eatery' from Toronto Eaton Centre in 2011. I collaborated with the marketing team from Eaton Centre to align with their new new food experience that would bring visitors 24 hours access to fresh and various food in down town Toronto.

Akashiro is two simple Japanese words connected to represent only simple and fresh ingredients and professional food preparing skill would bring the best food tastes. ('Aka' means red color and 'Shiro' means white color in Japanese)

I had learned a lot about Japanese restaurant digital branding from this project and was delighted to work with various marketing teams from Eaton centre.
